1. Challenge Passing Services

PropFirmPeak ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") provides hands-free challenge passing services. By accessing our platform or purchasing any service package, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Our services are strictly educational. We do not operate a brokerage, investment management firm, or financial advisory service. We do not hold client funds, manage live trading accounts, or guarantee evaluation pass outcomes.

2. Account Responsibility & Conduct

Provide accurate account context when requesting a review. Before payment or access, confirm firm permission and agree the service scope and access method. Do not submit credentials through this website, email, Telegram or live chat. Follow the eligibility, access and revocation steps.

Any disruptive, abusive, or fraudulent behavior towards our staff or community members will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, position-sizing tools, strategy guides, audio/video recordings, and proprietary risk templates provided by PropFirmPeak remain the sole intellectual property of PropFirmPeak.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access materials for your personal education. Distribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of our proprietary resources is strictly prohibited.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Trading involves inherent risk, and we do not guarantee a pass on any evaluation challenge. Service fees cover the trading work carried out on your behalf and are non-refundable once trading has begun. Any exceptions are granted solely at our discretion.

Cancellation requests submitted before trading has begun may be considered for a refund. Requests must be submitted in writing to contact@propfirmpeak.com. The monthly service fee continues during losing months. Funded-account management is optional after the evaluation; it does not begin automatically. Confirm the start date, renewal schedule, cancellation cut-off and commission calculation in writing before paying. See billing details.
