1. Challenge Passing Services

Our services are strictly educational. We do not operate a brokerage, investment management firm, or financial advisory service. We do not hold client funds, manage live trading accounts, or guarantee evaluation pass outcomes.

2. Account Responsibility & Conduct

When creating an account or submitting account credentials to PropFirmPeak, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All course materials, position-sizing tools, strategy guides, audio/video recordings, and proprietary risk templates provided by PropFirmPeak remain the sole intellectual property of PropFirmPeak.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access materials for your personal education. Distribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of our proprietary resources is strictly prohibited.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Trading involves inherent risk, and we do not guarantee a pass on any evaluation challenge. Because service fees cover the trading work performed on your behalf rather than a guaranteed outcome, they are non-refundable once trading on your account has begun. Any exceptions are granted solely at our discretion.
